The Slim air curtain
The Slim air curtain is a device that prevents uncontrolled airflow by creating an invisible air barrier. Its main function is to isolate the room from external factors such as cold, heat, exhaust fumes, dust, and insects. The Slim air curtain is available in white or black as standard. However, thanks to its design and construction, it can be manufactured in any RAL color.
Product description
The curtain is equipped with a motion sensor that activates the device when motion is detected in the surrounding area, allowing the curtain to automatically know when to operate. No additional door sensor or automation is required. The Slim curtain is designed to fit 99% of doorways. Thanks to its unique design and components, in silent mode, the noise level generated does not exceed the sound intensity of a conversation. The device is available in three lengths: 1 m, 1.5 m, and 2 m, and in three versions: with a water heat exchanger, with electric heaters, and without a heat exchanger (so-called cold mode).
The standard device offers Plug&Play installation, thanks to built-in buttons on the side of the device and a motion sensor. However, the Slim is also designed to operate as part of the intelligent FLOWAIR SYSTEM. Centrally controlled devices know exactly when to operate, which translates into significant savings. The T-box controller with a touchscreen display, the brain of the SYSTEM, also allows for control of all devices from a single location.
A curtain ideal for commercial facilities
Thanks to its design, minimalist appearance, and quiet operation, the Slim curtain is ideal for commercial and aesthetically pleasing facilities. Additionally, a motion sensor and built-in buttons make the device virtually maintenance-free.
FLOWAIR SYSTEM, i.e. intelligent control
The standard Slim curtain features built-in buttons that allow automatic adjustment of the device based on the signal from the motion sensor.
The curtain is also compatible with TS automation and can operate within a BMS system and the FLOWAIR SYSTEM, an intelligent control system that responsibly manages energy within a facility.
Application
The Slim curtain is suitable for use anywhere doors are frequently opened. Both in medium-sized facilities such as sports halls, supermarkets, and shopping centers, as well as in smaller spaces such as shops, hotels, offices, and service premises.
Vertical and horizontal installation
The Slim curtain can be mounted using mounting brackets (directly to concrete partitions) or on pins next to glass doors, creating a nearly seamless line with the door leaf. However, if the space above the door is less than 25 cm, vertical installation is also possible, again using mounting brackets (the same as for horizontal installation
